Accelerated Release of High-quality Production Capacity | CALB's Bases Realized Mass Production

Each of CALB's industrial bases features its own unique positioning and main products, and has accelerated the release of quality production capacity by virtue of the company's continuous leading technological innovation capability and large-scale intelligent manufacturing strength. 

Xiamen Phase II production line has realized the fully automatic production from battery cell, module to PACK, and the single line capacity of module has increased by 60%. The production line PACK products have high safety, long life and high energy density characteristics, which have been widely used in a number of hot-selling models. 

The CIR battery system products launched in Phase III of Jiangsu are extremely simplified in design with no end plates, no side plates and no ties, which are currently the most simplified CTP products for mass production in the sector; they also contribute to an extremely streamlined manufacturing - the process is reduced by approximately 25% and the space occupied by the production line is reduced by 30%. Furthermore, with the application of CALB's first pulse self-heating technology, the product can achieve an industry-leading heating speed up to 3°C/min, which can better easily support the matching models in all weather conditions.

 
The energy storage products launched in Chengdu Phase I have a single cell capacity of 280Ah, a rated energy of 896Wh, a cycle life of over 12,000 cycles, an energy efficiency of over 97%, and can be upgraded to 300+Ah. With the attributes of high safety, high energy, high efficiency, long life and scalable standards, these products help the company to further explore the markets of new energy generation, industrial and commercial users, zero carbon shipping and household energy storage, to provide users with energy storage products and solutions for all scenarios. 

The power battery products launched in Wuhan Phase I are a new generation of lithium iron high-end standard products based on 800V high-voltage platform, which support ultra-fast charging, highly adaptable and cost-effective. They are primarily used in the passenger car market and have already made their debut to support in the newly launched pure electric full intelligent SUV model - Xpeng G9. 

The power battery products launched in the Hefei Phase I are mid-nickel high-voltage ternary high-end product developed for the 600⁺km long-range range, which carry the company's world's first full lug stack technology, with the characteristics of high specific energy, long life and all-weather. These products, which are primarily used in the oversea models, support fast charging and lead in the industry with the overall performance. 

Jiangmen base mainly employs the company's global original "One-Stop" technology, through minimal manufacturing, extreme manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing, to produce One-Stop series products by scale.
